El uso de enzimas para conseguir productos de consumo diario más sostenibles

This is a review of two EU H2020 projects published in a divulgative journal, Ambienta, by the Gobernment of Spain ( http://www.revistaambienta.es ). In here we describe the relevance and objectives of our two projects, EnxylaScope and FuturEnzyme, to obtain new everyday products which are more ecofriendly by the use of enzymes. By different and integrative approaches, we will develop new detergents, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, textiles and personal care products with new and functional properties while protecting the environment.
